His fields include: Consulting on restructuring, digital transformation and developing new business models; Strategy to create brand from within the organization through culture; Innovation training for business organizations operating in many different fields such as manufacturing, trade, services, finance and technology.

Currently, he is Vice President in charge of strategy and innovation and chief growth officer at CyberLotus, a technology company with a diverse ecosystem of products serving businesses; from ERP (overall resource management) – business management and operation software, to online public services and authentication and digital signature solutions.

To date, he has more than 25 years of experience in the field of strategic management and brand marketing. He first started his business in 1996, 10 years before Vietnam joined the WTO, and founded the Asia Brand Strategy company.

Mr. Phong has made many constructive contributions to professional organizations, societies, and associations, with community development activities, improving management capacity, digital transformation, and brand marketing for Vietnamese businesses. He also participates in guest lectures and presentations for the Academy of Journalism, Business Administration and schools of the National University. He also holds positions such as: Deputy Director of the Institute of Digital Management, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators – VACD, Vice President of the Club of Sales & Marketing Directors – CSMO.
